Dr. Itsuki Mueller is proud to bring you ultrasound in the comfort of your own clinic! Our aim is to help
you provide your clients with a cost-effective diagnostic tool to provide better standard of care for
your patients.
Itsuki graduated with her veterinary degree (BVSc) in 2005 and obtained her PhD degree in Structural and functional Biosciences for Animals (easier term Veterinary Anatomy) in 2010. She worked as a small animal veterinarian along with her post-doctoral education, where she was first introduced to sonography in 2007. Since then until she came to NZ in 2014, she had used state of art ultrasound machines and had conducted countless both abdominal scans and echocardiograms. Itsuki is not an imaging specialist but she has had 15 years’ experience of general practice and emergency care.

Services
We will be servicing the greater South Auckland area, ranging from as far south as Pukekohe and Waiuku to Papatoetoe and Botany. If you are outside of these areas and think you would benefit from our services, please get in touch with our friendly team and we will see what we can do for you.
We offer the following services

- Referral of ultrasound images to a registered specialist for specialist interpretation
How does it work
We endeavour to get most cases seen within 3 days. so you can start your patients on the right care as soon as possible. Please reach out to us on our website to book in for an ultrasound. Once you have a confirmed booking, please admit your patient on the day using your regular admission form and have your patient fasted. Please provide a dark and quiet room for us to use to perform the ultrasound. In most cases, sedation or restraining will be required. This will need to be provided and monitored by the clinic.
Our services provide clinics an opportunity for increased business by providing an alternative diagnostic tool. You can charge the clients your standard hospitalisation fees and any sedation drugs required.
